Our Mission
As I was growing up, our family relied upon the services of several professionals. We depended upon the same family doctor, dentist, veterinarian and mechanic for many years. We had confidence in them and they knew that they were an integral part of the life of our family. It is important to both Laura and me to provide that same kind of trustworthy, long-term service to our clients.
Our mission is to provide you with the confidence of knowing that you and your car are in
good hands for years to come. We purposefully designed this business to
be able to service and repair your vehicles using modern, high tech equipment, but with the personal attention that only a Mom & Pop shop such as ours can offer.
Our Staff
We employ ASE certified Technicians who specialize in their particular fields. With today's complex vehicles no one technician can do it all, and when
they run into that "car from hell" we all work together to resolve the
problem. We are a member of IATN (International Automotive Technicians
Network), which is an organization for technicians from around the world - from dealer
technicians and schools to independent shops. Working together, and with access to shared information on their web site, we find ways to solve those hard to diagnose problems that no one else can fix, saving
you money on diagnostic time.
Personalized Service
Our customer records are stored in our own database so we can keep track of all service and repair activity for your vehicles. We'll notify you when a service
is due to help keep your vehicle in its best shape at all times and in the
near future you will be able to access your records yourself, on the Internet . All our
service writers are trained technicians - not salesmen - and they'll give you
a detailed explanation for any needed repairs.
Emissions
We are a State Emission Certified
repair facility with 2 technicians certified by the Department of Ecology
in emissions repairs using state of the art diagnostic equipment. Our
concern for the environment is recognized by Envirostars and we
were awarded with 3 stars for our efforts.
Certification
We've been a member of Automotive Service Association since the day we opened the doors, which has brought to us the
support of other shop owners from our region and some 12,000 members nation
wide. ASA sets standards in our industry so you can be assured that you are dealing with an honest and ethical business. We believe that because each customer has a choice that we must earn your business and your trust.
Towing
Towing is available 24/7 through Skyway Towing. Call (425)226-8050
to arrange pick up. If you like, we can add the towing bill to your invoice so you
won't have to travel with the tow truck.
Parts
Due to our location and long-standing relationships with parts suppliers, accessing the right part for your vehicle is not a problem. We use only the finest
quality parts that meet or exceed the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
specifications. We will not compromise the quality of a job by putting
inexpensive, poor-quality parts on your vehicle.
Warranty
Unless otherwise specified all work performed by us has a 12 month 12,000
mile warranty and 3 month, 3000 mile warranty on remanufactured products.
Rental Cars
We can assist you in getting a rental car at discounted prices just let
us know when you schedule your appointment.
